  • 0.33 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil (for frying)
  • 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2-3 Chili Peppers (optional, for spice)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, and minced ginger in a bowl to create the sauce.
  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet until browned and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes).
  • Add the peanut butter sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the chicken.
  • Let the sauce heat for 1 minute.
  • Serve the chicken hot with rice or vegetables.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic, ginger, or sesame oil.
  • Adjust the chili peppers to suit your spice preference.
