Instructions
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, and minced ginger in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet until browned and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes).
Add the peanut butter sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the chicken.
Let the sauce heat for 1 minute.
Serve the chicken hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
