Instructions
Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme or oregano.
Mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan in a bowl.
Add the chicken to the crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender and the sauce is creamy.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
