Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs (for juicier option)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Thyme or oregano, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme or oregano.
  • Mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Add the chicken to the crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender and the sauce is creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
