Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoning mixture.
Pour milk over the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Bake the chicken on a parchment-lined tray for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Meanwhile, prepare the honey butter sauce by combining butter, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar in a pan. Heat until fully mixed and fragrant.
Once the chicken is baked, generously pour the honey butter sauce over it.
Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken overnight in the refrigerator.
Adjust sweetness by using different types of honey (e.g., clover for mild, wildflower for robust).
Pair with sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
