Instructions
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine avocado/canola oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and molasses.
Add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to the bowl and mix until well combined.
Toss the mini pretzels in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Spread the coated pretzels evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes or air fry in batches for 2-4 minutes, until fragrant and lightly crisped.
Allow the pretzels to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra indulgence, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled pretzels.
Ensure even coating by thoroughly mixing the pretzels in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness for up to 5 days.
