Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mini pretzels approximately 454 g
  • 2 tbsp avocado or canola oil
  • ½ cup granulated sugar approximately 100 g
  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon approximately 24 g
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp molasses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine avocado/canola oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and molasses.
  • Add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Toss the mini pretzels in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated pretzels evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes or air fry in batches for 2-4 minutes, until fragrant and lightly crisped.
  • Allow the pretzels to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled pretzels.
  • Ensure even coating by thoroughly mixing the pretzels in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness for up to 5 days.
