Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Melt butter and toss with pecans.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and salt, and mix with the pecans.
Spread pecans evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10–15 minutes.
Cool completely on the sheet, then store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can store these pecans in an airtight container for up to 1 month at room temperature.
Adjust cinnamon or add nutmeg for a personalized flavor.
