Ingredients

Crumble Base

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Fluff Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping e.g., Cool Whip
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Instructions

Prepare the Crumble Base

  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar until well combined.

Mix the Fluff

  • In a large bowl, beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in 8 oz of whipped topping, being careful not to deflate it.
  • Fold in 21 oz of cherry pie filling until just combined.

Chill the Fluff

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to set.

Serve

  • Serve the fluff with the graham cracker crumble sprinkled on top, or as desired.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Avoid freezing, as it may affect the texture.
  • Try different fruit fillings like blueberry or strawberry for variety.
